Shipkoo Express Plus is a special line of method which is different from courier and express solutions. During the pandemic, since most of the express fulfillment centers are overwhelmed and are handling delays, our special lines can be faster than express (such as FedEx) because of its flexibility. To understand this, let's explain how a special line works with an example.

For example, you have 100kg goods in Shenzhen to send to the United States. Normally, you would choose FedEx, because it is faster and economical for small goods. However the shipping price is rather high, so why is that? Because what FedEx provides a stardardized rate and service, meaning that regardless of whether they received enough goods or not, they have to send the goods out every day. In order to break even, the unit price becomes much higher, during the pandemic, it is between 53 to 62 USD/kg.

For a special line, Shipkoo collects cargo in Shenzhen. For example, we collect 3000kg in 2-5days, then transport all the cargo to the US by air freight. Once the goods arrive in the US, we will do the customs clearance and use our partnered local express company to deliver the goods. When using a special line to the US, the unit price will be as low as 16 to 22 USD/kg.
